Is this even real life?! We visited @hatcreekburgercompany for lunch after graduation based on their GF menu options. WOW 🤩 I used my @nimasensor to test the breading and it was all smiles. My celiac son had breaded and flash fried nuggets with fries. I had a burger in a bowl with fried pickles (omg!) and some sweet potato fries. We finished off lunch with a GF milkshake! What?! They have a mixer dedicated to making GF milkshakes! I am so impressed! The food was amazing. Now, I need them to open a location in the Clear Lake area 🙏🏻 Pretty, pretty please come to Houston. #hatcreekburgercompany #sanmarcostx #glutenfree #celiacdisease #glutenfreecommunity #celiaccommunity
This week marked 5 years of being gluten-free! In the picture on the left, I was slowly falling apart. I couldn’t keep much down and I was barely 99 pounds. The transformation of healing my body has been a difficult road. Celiac Disease can be hard and fairly isolating. I have some really low days and, I’m not going to lie, seeing a “gluten found” on my @nimasensor can still bring me to tears. However, the things I’ve learned either through research or trial and error have given me a knowledge base to keep myself safe, help my celiac son, and educate others about the disease and the gluten-free lifestyle. Over the years, I’ve had in-depth conversations with chefs, restaurant managers, bloggers and GF brands. I’m incredibly thankful for all the people in my life who support me, encourage me and lift me up. I’m thankful for those that buy me things because they saw it was GF; those that cook safe food for me; those that travel with me and go places that are safe; those that eat at the same 5 restaurants with me repeatedly; those that don’t judge me and my little purple lunchbox that goes everywhere. Whether your part has been big or small, thank you for supporting me ❤️ #celiacdisease #celiacaversary #glutenfree #celiaccommunity #glutenfreecommunity
I met @mikeys at the @nourishedfestival in Dallas and they have offered to do a little giveaway for Wheatless and Happy! I’m sharing a few products the next few days and then we will have some fun with a giveaway courtesy of Mikey’s! Tune into my stories, too, because I’m there looking like a big dork 😛 My daughter asked if I was making YouTube videos for “older people” 🤣🤣 Tonight we are having pizza! Let’s see what we’re going to make... #influencer #glutenfree #giveaway #mikeys #celiacdisease #GFpizza #nourishedfestival #certifiedglutenfree

We had a great Halloween with the kids yesterday. My son kept asking each house if any of their candy was GF 🤣🤣 #glutenfreehalloween #glutenfreekid #glutenfreemama #celiacdisease
On our way back to Houston, I had to make one last stop at @5pointslocal to get my fix 😍 I bought all the things and I have no shame!! #glutenfreerestaurant #5pointslocal #sanantonio #glutenfree #glutenfreebakery #celiacdisease
