September 3, 2019September 3, 2019 vcesari

I can hardly contain my excitement that the Nourished Festival is this weekend! I look forward to it all year and can't wait to walk around and see who's there. As an influencer for the event, I have the opportunity to share new brands and some of the top gluten-free products in the market. I… Continue reading Nourished Festival is THIS WEEKEND!

June 19, 2019 vcesari

I am starting a series called Celiac Travels where I can share the places I visit, the gluten-free food available and any other tips and tricks I have. I hope it's useful and encourages you to try out some new places. Periodically, I have to travel for work to attend various conferences around the state… Continue reading Celiac Travels: Fort Worth, Texas

Having fun with my logo today!
Once upon a time, early on in my gluten-free journey, I discovered a device that tested food for gluten. It was a life changer! I was even invited to a dinner with the manufacturer to try it out before I received mine. It made travel feel like a reality instead of a panic attack. It gave me peace of mind.
I found this cereal by @naturespathorganic and thought it would be great with yogurt and berries! Home run. The flavor is great; awesome crunch; perfect with yogurt, berries, and honey. Even better is that it’s certified GF 🙌🏻 My breakfast game just got way better! #celiacdisease #celiaccommunity #GFbreakfast #naturespath
Do you have certain foods that you just really miss? As a celiac, that list can get kind of long. I decided to try some GF cheese sticks and they were awesome!!
Y’all. It happened. I was in @heb grabbing a few things for the weekend and I walked straight into an entire display of GLUTEN-FREE @oreo cookies!! I am beyond excited that these now exist!! Even better that they are certified GF!! And how awesome is it that the actual cookies say gluten-free? It is truly awesome to see a major brand go the extra mile to bring this to the GF community. Oh, and they taste like a regular Oreo ☺️ My day is made! #glutenfreeoreos #celiacdisease #glutenfreecommunity #heb #glutenfree
Guess what today is? It’s my Celiacaversary! It may seem like a strange day to celebrate, but for me it means that 6 years ago I got a diagnosis that changed my life indefinitely. What can be challenging in SO many ways, has also led me to being the healthiest I’ve ever been.
